have any of you read the black stallion. it's pretty cool. by the way did you ever notice that the author of "the black stallion" and of "the young black stallion" have the same last name as terri farley. "the black stallion" is by walter farley and "the young black stallion" is by steven farley. terri farley is the author of the "phantom stallion".

Just for fun and stuff ,
The would have to be like very healthy though , fit to race but i think it sounds really FUN !!
I havent read The black stallion , but ive seen a Movie called The young black stallion !!
Is it the same ??

Well if i was ritch i wouldnt be doing my own mucking out.
And just because i have horses dosent mean im posh , it means im privileged to have them.
So as the advert saying goes Yooh dont have to be posh to be Privilaaged

Ive read some of the black stallion books and the island stallion. I love those books! Ive seen the flim to but I diddnt like it much nobody talked it was all music. Unless I was watching some wierd version  . |

How would you feel if you were the only one to survive a boat wreck? What if you had to live on a stranded island with no vegetation or wild life; just a small pond and an untamed horse.
Thirteen-year-old Alec Ramsey is on boat back to his home-land, New York City, to see his parents. But his plan changes when his boat wrecks. He is forced to live on a deserted island with a wild Arabian stallion. He comes to love and gain the horse's trust and they become friends. He comes to call the horse The Black. As their trust blooms, he gets to ride The Black. When he does he is nearly thrown off due to how fast The Black can run. Will they be saved? And if they are will he get to race The Black.
