I buckled up and started the engine driving out of Popper Ridge Riding School heading back to Jenkins Equine Hospital. It was a long drive back, I got bored sitting in silence so I turned the radio on. The traffic slowly getting busyer, as we soon reached the turning to Jenkins Equine hospital a short drive down to the entrance some fields on either side before going into a little woods tree's on either side turning right big black gates saying "Welcome to Jenkins Equine Hospital" The gates opened slowly, as I drove slowly down the drive on the left hundreds of fields and paddocks can be seen, as you soon reach the car park on the left. I pulled up, switching off the engine, unbuckling my seatbelt opening the door and getting out. I sighed getting my vet kit out too walking slowly to the first reception to go to my office.I opened my office door which was very tidy and clean as the cleaners had been in, I walked to my desk just as my desk phone went as Eleanor walked in too."Hello, Vet Evans" I said into the phone straight away as I picked up the phone. A distressed owner was on the phone a thoroughbred had been having its normal day workout when the horse slipped while it was galloping along the gallops and badly injured intself. The owner was already bringing the horse to the hospital as I was the only one avilable I had to see to the horse. I put the phone quickly heading out my office and out onto the carpark waiting for the arrival of the thoroughbred. A big red flashy lorry came into view as it drove the drive finally into the carpark. The lorry came to a halt and the driver and owner got out. I introduced myself and then walked round to the back of the lorry with the owner to help get the horse out.The owner pressed a button as the ramp lowed itself landing to the ground and making itself stable, inside the litted horselorry lay a thoroughbred stallion, looking limp and ill.
